The DZR315 is a 3-way bi-amped powered loudspeaker and is the most powerful model in the DZR series producing a maximum SPL of 143dB with supreme clarity. Best-in-class SPL performance, sophisticated DSP processing, unrivaled low-frequency sound reproduction – the DZR315 delivers truly professional sound on all fronts with a power level that contrasts with its compact and lightweight design. Ideal for use in a main PA in the front of the house, it also includes integrated M10 mounting points for suspended applications.

96kHz DSP processors help drive the DZR’s considerable power output into high-resolution sound with super-low latency. The advanced FIR-X technology, recently developed by Yamaha, significantly enhances our proprietary FIR-X tuning technology that uses linear phase FIR filters for the correct crossover network and equalization. With FIR filters, we can produce a very smooth frequency response with amazing clarity and a sound image without phase distortion. EQ filtering is also provided, for fine tuning that achieves ideal clarity and best-in-class SPL without signal degradation.
A built-in LCD screen allows users to easily navigate the variety of DSP functions, load presets (presets), and make fine adjustments to PEQ, delay, and routing. Store up to 8 user presets to save your own parameter settings, or use dedicated factory presets optimized to use the DZR and DXS XLF series in combination. Users can easily transfer saved settings to USB flash drive. D-CONTOUR is a smart multi-band compressor, ensuring that the sound from your DZR is consistent and clear no matter how high the volume is. By constantly monitoring the output of multiple frequency bands and applying the optimal EQ settings for each.
