GENELEC 4040A
The Genelec 4040A active loudspeaker contains drivers, power amplifiers, active crossover filters and protection circuitry in an integrated design. The advanced Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW™) provides excellent frequency balance in challenging acoustic environments. Combined with the Genelec Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE™) which is made of die-cast aluminium and shaped to reduce edge diffraction, the system provides outstanding audio quality. It features Genelec Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS™) circuitry which switches the loudspeaker to standby when no audio input is detected (ErP 2013 Directive). The 4040A is the perfect indoor solution for large theatres, restaurants, conference rooms, museums, art galleries, sport centres and more.
