Biamp Tesira EX-IN
The Tesira EX-IN is a half-rack expander box for use with AVB-enabled Tesira server-class devices. The EX-IN is a 4-channel mic or line level audio input expander. The expander communicates with the Tesira AVB network for audio networking, configuration, and control, and is powered by PoE+.

ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The 4-channel expanders shall be designed exclusively for use with Tesira® devices. The expanders shall be built in a halfrack chassis and be powered by PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Class 4). The expander shall utilize the AVB network for all audio
networking as well as software configuration and control. The input, AEC, and input/output expander shall receive mic or line level analog input on plug-in barrier strip connectors. The output and input/output expander shall deliver mic or line level analog output on plug-in barrier strip connectors. Analog-to-Digital and Digital-to-Analog conversion shall be 24-bit with a sampling rate of 48kHz. The expanders shall be CE marked, UL listed and compliant with the RoHS directive.
