The PL37 is a tight-cardioid condenser microphone designed to capture all the crisp detail of cymbals, high-hats and percussion instruments on stage or in the studio. The PL37 Overhead Microphone from Electrovoice features a tight-cardioid polar pattern and contoured frequency response well suited for capturing drum cymbals and other high- and mid-frequency instruments. The cardioid polar pattern eliminates off-axis noise and feedback.
